Have any of you taken a closer look at the area around 3412 Powell Avenue? I’ve been thinking that maybe someone nearby might have noticed something unusual the night Martell Hall was killed. As we know, neighborhoods often have that one person who keeps an eye on things. If there are any locals on here, do you remember hearing anything out of the ordinary or know if there were any surveillance cameras that could’ve captured some footage? It just seems like there has to be more information out there. It's incredibly frustrating that Martell's family is still waiting for answers more than eight years later. His children deserve to grow up knowing what happened to their father and that justice was served. I genuinely hope someone who knows something finds the courage to step forward.
