I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of bystanders in tragic situations like the one that claimed April Infinger's life. It’s just so haunting to imagine being in a public place, expecting a night of fun, and then having it turn into such a devastating event. I wonder how the other patrons at the Moonshine Saloon have been coping since that night. It must weigh heavily on the mind to witness something so sudden and violent. It’s just a stark reminder of how precious and fragile life can be. I'm sending all my love to April's family and everyone who knew her. It’s moments like these that make me wish more people understood the far-reaching impact of their actions, especially when they have a weapon involved. I hope April's loved ones find the strength and support they need to carry on through this incredibly difficult time.

I still can’t wrap my mind around the senseless tragedy that took April Infinger away far too soon. I’ve been quietly following the case and can’t help but feel for her family, especially little Leslie who lost her mom at such a young age. What’s been haunting me is how a night out at the Moonshine Saloon turned so deadly because of reckless behavior. It’s hard to stomach that a bullet shot from the parking lot could have such a devastating outcome. I’m wondering about the additional charge against Darrell Bennett and April Cartin for obstructing justice. What exactly were their roles that night? Did they hinder the investigation enough to make it worse for April’s family? It makes me think about how the actions we take, intentional or not, ripple outwards. Keeping April's memory in my thoughts, along with hope for continued healing for her loved ones.
