Does anyone know more about the last known whereabouts of Herman Scott before he passed away in Anderson, SC? It's unsettling to see his family try to cope without clear answers or closure. Was he seen with anyone or mentioned anything out of the ordinary in the days leading up to August 23, 2014? With the lack of information available, I can only imagine how hard it must be for his daughter and siblings not to have definitive answers. If anyone local has insight or remembers anything unusual around that time, it might help provide some clarity or at least get us thinking in the right direction.

He was wrongfully shot trying to get his money back after being sold something that wasn’t what he was told it would be. He just wanted the guy to either fix it or return his money, I still hurt and miss him dearly!

He didn’t rob anyone, it happened broad day light. I have to clear that up because he wasn’t a thief!
