On a personal note, I can't stop thinking about the brave stance Doug and Debbie London took against the UBN gang. It takes incredible courage to stand up to criminal elements, especially when your livelihood and life are at risk. Hearing that Doug stood his ground during the robbery at their mattress store shows his bravery and selflessness. It’s devastating that their courage ultimately put a target on their backs. This whole ordeal sheds light on how dangerous it is for witnesses and victims fighting for justice.
Anyone else have thoughts on how we as a community can support families who find themselves in situations like the Londons did? There's got to be a way to make people feel safer to come forward. Such a terrible loss for their son, Daniel, and everyone who knew them. Sending strength to their family during this unimaginably difficult time.
