Does anyone have more information about Ricky's lifestyle or social circle before he went missing? I read that he had a tattoo of the name "Patrica" on his right leg. Could this be significant? Was Patrica a friend or family member? Wondering if this tattoo might be a clue as to who might know more about him or his situation. It's been so long, but maybe if folks could dig into those kinds of details, it might help jog some memories or lead to something useful. Also, does anyone remember any local news reports about him from around the time he vanished? Really hoping something new comes up.
