Folks in Gaston and the surrounding areas really came together, not just to support his family, but also to help law enforcement with the investigation. I remember seeing on social media that the Sheriff's Department and Crimestoppers were urging everyone with even the smallest bit of info to come forward, and that solidarity and willingness from the community is something we need to see more often. If you noticed anything in the weeks leading up to or following September 7, 2015, it’s never too late to share what you know. It could make all the difference to the Chavis family, who deserve answers and justice for Timothy.
