I've been following Delwan Booker's case and it's so tough to think about what his family has been going through, losing him right after Troyvonte. It's just unimaginable. I was reading about the area where it happened, Phoenix Hill. Does anyone else know if it had a reputation for being particularly rough around that time? It's baffling that these cases are still unsolved after all these years. There has to be someone out there with information that could help. If you’re from the area or know anything, even the smallest detail could make a difference. Please share what you know with the authorities; his family deserves answers.
