I can't stop thinking about the moment Marissa made that 911 call. It's absolutely chilling to imagine what she must have been feeling during those final moments. Hearing someone scream, "He's got a gun," before everything went silent is just beyond terrifying. My heart goes out to her family and friends who have to live with that knowledge. It's troubling that there were earlier warning signs, like Jorge's alarming behavior and the previous police visits. I can't help but wonder if there could have been some intervention or support that might have helped change the outcome. I hope wherever Marissa and her kids are, they're at peace now. And I really hope this case pushes more awareness and better resources for those in similar situations, so other families don't have to endure this kind of pain.
