Was anyone else moved by the tributes at Mekhi's memorial service? From what I've read, it sounds like it was a deeply emotional gathering where his friends and teammates shared some really heartfelt memories. It's clear that Mekhi was a beacon in his community—not just for his sportsmanship but also for his character off the field. I can't stop thinking about how much support he must have given to the people around him. It breaks my heart to know his potential was cut short so senselessly. I hope they find the justice they deserve soon. If anyone was there or knows more details, I'd love to hear how the community plans to keep his spirit alive.
