I just can’t stop thinking about George Brown’s little boy and what he must have gone through. It’s unimaginable for anyone, let alone a 5-year-old, to witness such a traumatic event. I hope he’s been surrounded by all the love and support he needs to heal from this nightmare. Kids are so resilient, but they shouldn’t have to be. It just makes me wish there was a way to erase those painful memories for him. Has anyone heard how he’s doing now, or if there are any community efforts to support the family? Thinking of them all during such a tough time.

I'm really trying to wrap my head around the plea deal Isaiah Jenkins took. Five years just seems like such a short time for a life that was taken so violently, especially considering George Brown's little boy had to witness it. I can't even imagine how that little one is coping with all of this. I wonder if the plea deal was offered in exchange for information on Derrick Taylor or if it was just to ensure some form of justice. Either way, it feels like a tough pill to swallow knowing the pain it brought to the Brown family. Does anyone know if there have been any statements from George's family about how they feel regarding the plea deal? My heart truly goes out to them.
