Hey everyone, I've been reading through a lot of your insights and thoughts, and I wanted to bring up something that's been on my mind about Harvey Grant Jr.'s case. I keep thinking about his military background. Harvey served his country with honor, and I can't help but wonder how those experiences shaped his life and possibly even his interactions leading up to that tragic day. As a veteran, he must have had a strong sense of duty and resilience, not to mention the potential struggles he faced transitioning back to civilian life. I often think about the support systems available for veterans in small communities like Mullins, SC. Were there gaps in those systems that might have contributed to this incident in some way? My heart goes out to his family, especially knowing how proud they must have been of his service. It’s so devastating to see someone who gave so much to their country lose their life in such a senseless act of violence. I hope his community continues to remember and honor him for all that he was. Keeping his family in my thoughts as they seek justice and healing.
