I've been following the discussions about Quran Allen’s murder, and something that hasn't been talked about much is the role that Goose Creek Police and SWAT played in Ricky Carl Martin's arrest. It must have been a tense and difficult operation, but their commitment to making the arrest shows a real dedication to keeping our communities safe.
