I've been following Veronica Elliott's case closely, and it's truly devastating how this senseless act of violence has gone unresolved for so long. One aspect that troubles me is how vulnerable the Crestwood Forest Apartments seemed that night. I wonder if there were any specific issues with security that may have contributed to the shooters' confidence in committing such an atrocious act. It's bewildering that the surveillance footage still hasn't led to any arrests. Does anyone know if there have been any community meetings or efforts to address safety in that area since this happened? It breaks my heart to think of Veronica's family, especially her children, having to live with this horrible loss. If there's something more we could be doing as a community to bring attention back to this case, I'm all in. It's important to show support for the family and keep the pressure on for justice for Veronica.
