I've been thinking about how much David meant to the Buffalo community and it's tough to wrap my head around his sudden loss. It’s clear that he touched so many lives through his role as a substitute minister and his love for music. I keep wondering whether his neighbors or congregants might have noticed anything unusual in the days leading up to the tragedy. It's hard to imagine a person with such a big heart getting involved in something that could lead to such a senseless act. Has anyone heard if the area on Drugstore Street was known for disputes like this, or if there had been any previous disagreements? It’s just so baffling to think that something like a blocked alley could escalate to such violence. My heart goes out to his family and everyone who knew him. This was not just a loss of a life, but a loss of a true community pillar. If anyone has more information or thoughts, I’d love to hear them. We all just want to see justice served and to make sense of this.
