I've been following the case of Linda and Ronald Gallman for a while now, and something that's truly stayed with me is the impact on their extended family, especially the niece who discovered them. I can't imagine what it must have been like for her to come across such a traumatic scene. It's one thing to read about these situations, but it's another for someone to walk into the aftermath, especially when it's family. I hope she has a strong support system around her—as much as closure might be elusive, I hope she finds some peace in knowing how much Linda was cherished by the community.
