Did anyone else hear about the church vigil that was held for William Scott Putnam? I couldn't attend, but I heard from a friend that the turnout was incredible. It seems the entire Gaffney community came together to honor Scott’s memory and show support for his family. From what I gathered, the folks at McKown's Mountain Baptist Church truly captured who he was—a devoted friend, family man, and someone who loved his community. It's touching to see how the congregation and those who knew him are leaning on each other during such a difficult time. It's moments like these that remind me of the positive impact Scott had on everyone around him. If you were able to attend or hear anything more about the vigil, I'd love to know how it went.
