Does anyone else find it odd that the shooting happened in the middle of the night at an auto parts store parking lot? I mean, it’s not exactly a place where people tend to hang out at 3 a.m. I wonder what Devonne was doing there at that time. Maybe he was meeting someone? The whole thing just seems off to me.
