Hey everyone, I've been following Curtis Williamson's case, and something that's been on my mind is the community impact surrounding these senseless acts of violence. Curtis’s death is such a tragedy, and it’s devastating to see how gun violence just keeps escalating in our cities. I came across some local news articles mentioning how 2019 was particularly rough for Louisville in terms of homicides, which makes me wonder how this affects the neighborhood's day-to-day life and sense of security. I feel for Curtis' family and friends who have to deal with this enormous loss while waiting for justice. It must be so tough not having answers or closure. I'm hoping that someone who knows something will find the courage to speak up. This kind of violence can't keep going unanswered, and it’s crucial for the community to come together to help solve cases like these. Does anyone here have thoughts on how communities can better support each other in times like these or maybe ideas on how we can influence change? Sending all my thoughts to those affected by Curtis’s loss.
