I’ve been following AJ’s case for a while now, and something that stands out to me is how dedicated he was to his future. It’s clear he was a well-rounded young man with a lot on his plate—working two jobs, playing basketball, and even starting his own clothing line. It breaks my heart to think of the sheer potential that was lost. His passion for basketball and aspiring rap career show such a vibrant spirit. I also think it’s really telling about his character that he was known for his dedication and punctuality at his jobs. Employers recognizing traits like that in someone so young speaks volumes about who AJ was, more so than anything that happened to him. He clearly made a positive impact wherever he went. My thoughts are with his family and everyone who knew him. It’s hard to comprehend how they must feel grappling with such a loss when he had so much ahead of him. I hope they find peace and justice.
