Did anyone else notice the complete lack of information about how Tearra Guthrie Smalls passed away? It just seems unusual to me that there would be no mention of cause or details surrounding her death, especially given how young she was. It’s so tough for the family, not just to lose someone so loved, but to have no public answers or closure. We all know that sometimes details can be withheld for various reasons, but I truly hope the family has clarity and peace as they navigate this incredibly tough time. If anyone has come across more information on how the community is supporting them, please share. It would be great to know how we can help honor Tearra’s memory and support her loved ones.

Hi everyone, I've been following Tearra Guthrie Smalls' case and, like many of you, am deeply moved by the void her passing has left in her community. It's evident from the tributes and stories shared that Tearra was loved dearly by her family and friends. Something I find intriguing is the choice of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church for her funeral service in North Charleston. It seems like it might have been a special place for Tearra or her family. Does anyone know if she was a regular attendee there or if the church holds particular significance for her family? I've seen other cases where specific locations for services hold deep personal meaning, reflecting the individual's connection to their community or faith. I'm interested in any insights others might have or if this church has been mentioned in any capacity in Tearra's life stories shared previously.
