Did anyone else notice the weather conditions reported on the day Keith Pigram's tugboat capsized? The Mississippi River can be unpredictable, and I wonder if there was something unusual going on with the weather that day. It's strange that there’s been no clear cause determined for the accident. You’d think if it was equipment failure or human error, there’d be more clues. It's baffling and so unfortunate that the investigation didn’t bring any definitive answers for his family.
