I came across this case recently and was struck by how little attention it's been getting. Did anyone else dig deeper into Nacom Romero's alias, "Nick Romero"? It seems like such an intriguing angle that hasn't been fully explored in what's been discussed so far. If he was using an alias, could it indicate that he might have been living a double life, or was he trying to start over fresh without the burden of his past catching up to him? Maybe even just trying to separate himself from his struggles? Aliases can sometimes lead to whole new paths overlooked by authorities. I'm curious if anyone knows of places or communities where he possibly could have connected with people using that name instead? It might be a long shot, but it's certainly captivating to think about where that might lead, right? What strikes me as odd is the time frame between December 2017 and January 2018 — why the discrepancy? Anyone have insights into why reports vary? Could be significant in piecing together his movements. Would love to hear thoughts from the community on this!
