I recently came across the heartbreaking story of the Mosser family, and I've been thinking a lot about how terrifying those last 72 hours must have been for them. Being held captive by someone as dangerous as William Edward Cook Jr. is imaginable horror on a different level. One detail that particularly haunts me is how they were all forced to drive aimlessly under threat. It’s just devastating to picture such a young boy, Gary Carl Mosser, being subjected to such terror and confusion. No child should ever have to endure that. My thoughts are with the Mossers and all others affected by this tragedy. The courage it must take for their surviving relatives to carry on in the face of such loss is beyond words. How do you even begin to make sense of something so senseless?
