Hey everyone, I wanted to touch on the immense frustration and helplessness that James and Steven Dent's family must be experiencing. The lack of progress in finding out who is responsible for their murders adds even more pain to an already devastating loss. I've been thinking a lot about James and Steven's mother, Valerie. I can't even begin to imagine what it's like to lose two sons at once and to have no answers after all this time. It's deeply concerning that cases like this can go unsolved, especially when the community doesn't feel safe enough to speak up. I get that some people are scared to come forward, but we need to find ways to ensure that witnesses feel supported and protected so we can help families like the Dent's find some semblance of closure. It's times like these when I wish we could do more as a community to foster trust and cooperation. If anyone here is from the St. Louis area or has any connections, I hope we can encourage more open conversations about what happened and maybe push for renewed focus on unsolved cases. I came across the case of James and Steven Dent while reading about unsolved murders in St. Louis, and it's truly disturbing. What caught my attention was how they were found so close to each other. It makes you wonder if they were targeted specifically or if they just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I can't imagine the pain their mother, Valerie, must feel losing not just one, but both of her sons in such a senseless act of violence. I feel like St. Louis has been going through such a rough patch with violence lately, and it's terrifying how many families are affected by the gun issues there. It's been years, and it’s unsettling to think that there hasn't been much progress on this case. Are there any new leads? These men deserve justice, and their family deserves answers.
