I'm so troubled by how Gary Lack's death was handled. It's mind-boggling to me that there was no autopsy, and the cremation happened the same day without family consent. How is that even legal? The fact that a hospice nurse administered meds that weren't prescribed to him just adds another layer of negligence or possibly something more sinister. It’s really concerning that despite all this, no criminal charges were filed. I feel for the Lack family; they deserve answers and proper justice for Gary's untimely death. It shouldn’t be this easy for someone’s passing to be brushed under the rug. What do you all think about the environmental issues and corruption angles the family mentioned? Could there be more to this than meets the eye?
