Has anyone else seen the artwork that Rahkim Scott created? I recently came across a few of his sketches that friends have shared in his memory, and it’s just heartbreaking to see such talent cut short. It's clear that Rahkim had a bright future ahead of him, and it's tragic that we'll never get to see where his creativity could have taken him. For those familiar with his art, did he often share his work with people, or was it something he mostly kept to himself? My thoughts are with his friends and family during this difficult time. I hope his memory is kept alive not just through the court cases but by celebrating who he was as a person and artist.

Has anyone else been following the courtroom proceedings in the Rahkim Scott case? I can't imagine the agony that his family must have felt sitting through every day of the trial. It seems like the prosecution made a solid case against Lawrence Cushshon, especially with witnesses and forensic evidence backing the premeditated aspect of the crime. The fact that Cushshon had such a violent history and was out there committing crimes again is terrifying. I'm relieved that the system managed to hold him accountable, but it makes me think about how we can prevent people like him from repeating their crimes once they're released. My thoughts are with Rahkim's loved ones; I hope they manage to find some peace amidst all this pain.
