Hi everyone, I've been following the case of Alfred N. Reid and can’t stop thinking about the strong community ties he had through the Black Orchid Lounge. It's clear from all the comments here and what I've read elsewhere that he was more than just a business owner; he was a friend to many and a staple in the neighborhood. It's such a loss for Indianapolis. What I find interesting is how this local hub might hold keys to understanding the events around his murder. Lounges often have regulars and a close-knit atmosphere, and I'm curious if anyone has thoughts on whether someone from his circle might know more than they've shared. It’s distressing to think that after all these years, someone might still be holding onto vital info that could help close this case. Sending prayers and support to Alfred's friends and family. Hopefully, with continued public awareness, someone will come forward with something that can finally lead to justice for Alfred. Stay safe, everyone!

I'm new to the forum but have been following Alfred Reid's case for a while. I find it alarming that even after all these years, we still don't have answers. Has anyone looked into the possibility that this wasn't a random act? Given his connection to the Black Orchid Lounge, could there have been any disputes or rivalries that may have escalated? It's unsettling to think that someone out there may know more than they're letting on and that Alfred's family is left with so many unanswered questions. If anyone has insights or remembers anything odd from around that time, now's the time to speak up. Alfred deserves justice.

Has anyone else been following the Alfred Reid case? It's been on my mind lately. I couldn't help but think about the Black Orchid Lounge and its significance in the community. Reid seemed like someone who brought people together, offering a place to unwind and connect. I wonder if anyone who visited there in the days leading up to March 14, 2007, noticed something unusual or someone who seemed out of place. It's baffling how such a public figure in the community can be taken away like this, and we're still without solid leads after all these years. My thoughts are with his family and friends who are still searching for answers. If anyone has any tips or memories to share, big or small, maybe it's time to come forward.
