Did anyone else catch the details about how those poor kids were in the car when this tragedy unfolded? I can't even begin to imagine how terrifying that must have been for them. It's truly devastating that they had to experience something so traumatic at such young ages. I hope they're getting the support and care they need to heal from this ordeal. What's also troubling is how lenient the sentence seemed for someone like Frazier, who played such a significant role in this crime. Dropping those seven felony charges as part of his plea deal doesn’t sit right with me. The thought of him eventually being out and about after only a few years feels unsettling, especially knowing that a life was lost, and young children were put in harm's way. This case is such a stark reminder of the toll gun violence takes not just on the direct victims but on innocent bystanders, especially children, who find themselves caught in the aftermath. My thoughts are with Larry's family and these kids as they navigate this difficult journey.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the kids who were with Larry Noel on that awful day. They were so young and shouldn't have had to experience something so traumatic. The 9-year-old getting hurt from the broken glass must have been scary enough, let alone witnessing the whole ordeal. I just hope they’ve been able to receive the support they need to heal from this. It's a shame how violence like this leaves such a devastating mark on all involved. I keep wondering what kind of support systems there are in place for children who witness such traumatic events, and if they ever truly get over it. Anyone know more about how these situations are handled specifically for kids?
