Hey everyone, I can’t stop thinking about how devastating it must be for Larenzo Hudson's family and friends right now. I was particularly struck by what I read about the young man's love for sports and his aspirations to continue his education. It’s truly painful to think about how these dreams were so abruptly and unfairly cut short. One thing that's stuck with me is the idea of the memorial gathering his family organized. It seems like such a heartfelt way to remember Larenzo and, at the same time, focus on advocating for an end to gun violence. I think it’s commendable how they’re channeling all their grief and love into something that could make a real difference. I can't imagine the strength it must take to stay determined in seeking justice and advocating for change after experiencing such a tragedy. We should all take note of their efforts and consider how we can support them or contribute to change in our own communities.
