I truly believe that even the smallest piece of information could help bring some clarity to this tragic situation and some semblance of peace to his family. I've been thinking a lot about the lack of surveillance footage in the Charles Hayes Jr. case from Columbia, MO. Given that the shooting happened in the 4700 block of Rice Road, I'm curious about whether there were any nearby businesses or homes with security cameras that might have captured something useful. It's frustrating to think that maybe there could be video evidence out there that just hasn’t been found or released to the public.
