I've been following Eirion Watson's case closely and something I keep thinking about is the impact unsolved cases have on the victim's family and friends. It's been over five years now, and I can't even begin to imagine the pain and frustration they must feel with no answers. It’s not just about justice; it’s about closure, too. The community continues talking about the gun violence problem in St. Louis, and it just highlights how many families are suffering quietly, waiting for that one piece of information to flip their world back to a place where they can start healing. I know the St. Louis Police have been urging people to come forward, but I wonder how much of a difference community engagement has made so far. Has anyone heard of local efforts or initiatives that might be helping to push this conversation forward? Or maybe ways people have been supporting Eirion’s family specifically during this incredibly tough time? I hope someday they get the answers they need and deserve.
