I’ve been following the case of Lisa Georgieff and Kara Ball, and I just can’t wrap my head around Anthony Liston’s actions that day. I came across an article stating that he confessed because he felt unwelcome at Lisa’s home. It’s so disturbing to think someone would resort to such extreme violence over something like that. I feel for Lisa, Kara, and their loved ones—what they’ve had to endure is unimaginable. The whole situation just brings up so many questions about the state of mind someone must be in to justify this to themselves. It's frustrating not to have answers or understand what drives someone to make such awful choices. My thoughts are with both families as the community struggles to move forward. Hoping justice can bring some peace to their hearts.
