It's so upsetting to think about what Dana Mullen’s family and friends are going through after such a horrifying incident. While I didn't know Dana personally, I've seen a few posts highlighting what a kind and loving person she was. It just makes you realize how domestic violence can be hidden behind closed doors, and how crucial it is to watch for signs that someone might be in danger. If anyone takes anything away from such a senseless act, it should be that we have to be more proactive about checking in on the people we care about. It's profoundly sad that Dana’s life ended in such a tragic way, and I sincerely hope her loved ones find some comfort and strength in the support from the community.
