I can’t stop thinking about the security footage from that night. It’s terrifying to imagine that someone could just drive away in a dark-colored sedan after something so awful. Has anyone heard if there were any cameras nearby that might’ve captured more details about the suspect’s vehicle or anything else that might help? I really hope the community steps up—there’s got to be someone out there who knows more. My heart goes out to DeJon’s family and friends; no one should have to endure this kind of loss without answers. Let’s keep sharing and talking about this case. It’s important to keep the awareness alive so that justice can be served.

Has anyone else noticed that there haven’t been any updates on DeJon Malik Bommon's case for quite some time? I've been following this case closely, and it’s really distressing that his family doesn’t have answers yet. The community seemed so focused initially, especially with the police offering that $25,000 reward for any tips. Given how unfortunately common gun violence is around here, I wonder if there might be more witnesses out there who haven’t stepped forward. It’s understandable that people might be scared, especially if they’re worried about retaliation. But every little piece of information helps, and it could really make a difference for DeJon’s loved ones. Hoping they find some closure soon.
