Jermaine Kendrick Martin Jr., an 18-year-old native of New Orleans, Louisiana, was tragically killed on April 26, 2015. On that evening, around 7:30 p.m., Jermaine was shot at the intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd. and South Johnson Street. After being shot, he managed to run a short distance before collapsing.
