Has anyone else noticed the strange timing of Stephen Mark Millis' disappearance? It was right after the holidays when most people are winding down from the year's festivities. You'd think that someone would have noticed something strange in that bustling Dollar General location or parking lot full of shoppers. Plus, it's odd that his truck was left unlocked with all his belongings. Could it be someone he knew? It's a small town, after all, and people are bound to have noticed who he was meeting with in the parking lot. If anyone knew more about the gear he was selling, it might help connect some dots. It's got to be frustrating for the family, not having these details come together after all this time. Keeping an eye out for any updates in the case!
Has anyone else been following the Stephen Millis case? I was going back through some old discussions and can’t shake a thought about that mysterious meeting in the parking lot on January 4th. The fact that Stephen went to Dollar General to meet someone to sell fishing gear piques my curiosity. Who was this person he was supposed to meet? Did law enforcement ever release any info about that? It's curious that he took care of an everyday errand—buying cat food—and then just vanished.
I'm not saying it's connected, but the abandoned truck with his stuff inside feels so off. Almost like he left in a hurry, or maybe was taken by surprise? Being an outdoorsman, Stephen surely wouldn't just leave his truck unlocked unless something unexpected happened. I really hope they follow any potential leads from those last known contacts. It makes me wonder if someone knows more than they're letting on. What do you all think about this aspect of the case?
