It's so incredibly sad to think about Dwight's family and what they must be going through. I can't get over the fact that this happened over something as mundane as trying to prevent a car theft. It's frustrating to see how the system failed Dwight and his loved ones by letting White slip through the cracks multiple times before this tragedy occurred. I wonder if there will be any reforms in place to prevent situations like these from happening again. The part about The Bail Project is concerning; should there be stricter evaluations on who gets released? It’s a heavy topic, but it feels like more needs to be done to support victims’ families and ensure justice is truly served.
