Has anyone else been following the case of Tobias Courtney Jr.? It’s so distressing to think that his family hasn’t received clear answers or justice for what happened to him. I was reading about how the Circuit Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue murder charges because of possible self-defense issues. This raises so many questions for me. If there was enough evidence to charge the suspect with being a felon in possession of a firearm, how does it all connect back to justify the lack of murder charges? It feels like there's a piece of the puzzle missing, and it's incredibly frustrating. My heart goes out to both Tobias's and Crystal Strong's families—they deserve clarity and closure. Would love to hear thoughts from others who might have more insights or similar experiences in their communities.
