Hey everyone, I was thinking about how weather conditions might play or have played a role in Jonas's disappearance. The Chaney Trail area is quite rugged, and in January, the weather can get pretty chilly, especially at night. Has anyone looked into historical weather data for that time frame? I wonder if the cold temperatures might have affected his ability to navigate or find shelter if he got lost. It just seems like a key angle, especially since his conditions might make him more vulnerable to the elements. Would love to hear thoughts on this or if anyone has looked into it before!

I've been following Jonas Nelson's case closely, and something that's been puzzling me is the interaction he had on January 20, 2019, with that acquaintance. It seems odd to me that this encounter took place more than two weeks after he was last seen, and I'm wondering if there might be more to that conversation than we're aware of. Did Jonas mention any plans or share information about where he might be heading next? Also, is there any chance that this acquaintance could have noticed something—anything—about Jonas’s demeanor or state during that encounter? If it's true that Jonas didn't have his medication, his mental state could have been significantly impacted. I hope the authorities dug into this, but if anyone has more insight, it would be interesting to hear your thoughts or any additional details on that meeting.
