Just came across the case of Charles E. Cross, and it's been sticking with me. It's just devastating to think of how his family and friends must feel, not having answers for all this time. I can't imagine living with the uncertainty and the waiting. I was reading about how this happened during a crime wave in Indianapolis, and I wonder if the pressure on the police department back then could have impacted the investigation. There were so many cases to handle simultaneously. I really hope they revisit this case with fresh eyes because it seems like a lot could have been overlooked. To anyone in that community back in 2011, anything you remember could mean something. I know it's been a while, but even the tiniest detail might help. Let's keep Charles in our thoughts and do what we can to help his family find the justice he deserves.
