When teens lose peers so suddenly, especially in such a violent way, the impact can ripple out in unexpected ways. It could help if schools and local organizations provide counseling and support groups for these kids. They need spaces where they can safely express their emotions and begin to heal. It's crucial that we come together as a community to support these young souls, make sure they know they aren't alone in this, and to encourage them to lean on one another. My heart goes out to all of Dominique's and Dominik's friends and family during this unimaginable grief.
