Has anyone heard any updates or new details about the investigation into Courtland Crump’s case? It's been over two years now, and it seems like there's little progress being made. It must be incredibly difficult for his family not to have closure. I was reading about the work organizations like Better Family Life are doing in the community, especially in addressing gun violence. It’s reassuring to see efforts being made to create safer environments, but it's frustrating that no arrests have been made yet. I just hope someone finds it in their heart to come forward with information. This family deserves answers. Does anyone know if there's been any recent community movements or vigils to keep Courtland’s memory and case alive?
Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Courtland Crump, and something that's been on my mind is the role of the community in situations like these. It's really difficult to imagine what his family and friends must be going through right now, especially with no answers or leads as to who might be responsible for his death.
From what I've read, the area where this happened, in Berkeley, has faced issues with gun violence for quite some time. I was wondering if any locals here have insights into how the community is responding or what more could be done to both support Crump's loved ones and tackle the broader issue of violence?
Organizations like Better Family Life and Life Outside of Violence are mentioned often, but does anyone have any firsthand experience with their work? It seems like so many people are doing their best to make a change, and it’s tough to understand why these tragedies keep occurring. Hoping for justice and some peace for Courtland’s family.
Thanks for listening.
