Hey everyone, I just wanted to share some thoughts on the memorial vigil held for Stephen McKenzie last weekend. It was truly touching to see so many people gather to celebrate his life and raise awareness about the violence that took him from us. The community really came together to support his family, and you could sense the love and respect everyone had for Stephen. I didn't know Stephen personally, but hearing stories about his love for music and football was inspiring. It’s clear he was someone who brought joy to those around him. His family and friends have shown such strength during this time, and their push for justice is admirable. The vigil was a beautiful reminder that while Stephen may no longer be with us, his spirit lives on through those who loved him. Let’s continue to support his family and keep the conversation going about how we can combat violence in our communities. If anyone has ideas on ways to help or get involved, please share. Stephen deserves justice, and together we can help make that happen. Stay safe, everyone.

I've been following the Stephen McKenzie case closely, and I can't stop thinking about how the community has rallied around his family. It's truly something to see how neighbors, friends, and even strangers have come together to offer support. From the candlelight vigils to the many heartfelt messages online, it's clear that Stephen touched a lot of lives with his passion for music and football. The vigils have been emotionally charged yet beautiful, with Stephen's friends sharing stories and playing some of his favorite songs. It feels like a small step towards healing, but I can't imagine the pain his family is still going through. I really hope that this outpouring of love pushes someone with information to speak up. No family should have to endure such a lack of answers for this long. Keeping all of them in my thoughts and hoping for a breakthrough soon.
