I've been following Victor Hicks's case closely, and something that's been weighing on my mind is the location of the incident. 308 Missouri Avenue is such a central part of the community, and many locals know that area well. I remember Victor from when he worked at Stetson Hat Co. Always kind and had a smile for everyone. It's devastating for his family and loved ones, and I hope this location serves as a reminder for all of us to look out for one another.
