I keep thinking about the eerie lack of clear motive in Ousmane Goudiaby's case. It's been over a decade, and we still don’t have answers. Why would someone target a hardworking individual just trying to make a living? It doesn't make sense. The fact that he was from Senegal adds another layer of complexity, and I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family must feel, being thousands of miles away and struggling for justice in a foreign system. It's agonizing how cases like this seem to stall, while loved ones are left with nothing but questions and grief. If anyone happens to know anything, even something small, please come forward. Every bit of information could be crucial in finding peace for Ousmane and his family.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the Ousmane Goudiaby case, and something that's been on my mind is the sense of vulnerability shop owners must feel. Ousmane was just doing his job at his repair shop, providing a service, and it’s terrifying to think that someone could come in and destroy that peace in such a brutal way. It's got to be incredibly difficult for his family back in Senegal to sit thousands of miles away, grieving without answers and unable to physically be at the place where he spent his last moments.
I can’t even begin to imagine the frustration and emotional toll this has taken on them. They’ve done everything they can from afar, including offering a reward, so it really underscores how desperate they are for closure. It’s worrying that the community hasn’t been able to provide the police with solid leads despite their efforts. I hope someone comes forward with information soon.
Sending strength and hope to his family. ? They deserve answers. If anyone has any new thoughts about this, please share. I feel like there’s got to be something we’re missing.
Stay safe out there, friends.
