Did anyone else feel heart-wrenched hearing about the text messages and 911 call that came up during the trial? It’s so gutting to think about Rollin’s final moments. With everything he accomplished in his career, it’s hard to wrap my head around his life ending this way. I really hope Rollin's family, especially his niece Hope, find some kind of peace eventually. Knowing how esteemed he was in his roles within the military and law enforcement, it must be such a complicated mix of emotions for them. It's yet another reminder of the importance of tackling the roots of domestic conflicts long before they turn into such tragic events. It makes you wonder what could have been different if there had been intervention or support at an earlier stage. Thoughts are with everyone affected.
