Leonard Mitchell, a 16-year-old from Gulfport, Florida, was last seen on April 2, 2019. He was dropped off at Hamilton Disston School around 1:30 p.m. but left shortly after arriving on campus. Following his disappearance from school, Leonard was reportedly seen by family members in the nearby St. Petersburg area on several occasions. However, despite these sightings, local authorities have been unable to locate him.
Leonard was described as a Black male, standing 5 feet tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with black hair. Though his family has reported seeing him, his whereabouts remain unknown, and law enforcement continues to search for answers. His case is currently registered with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) and remains unsolved.
