Charles Edward Johnson, 74, went missing from Waco, Texas, on April 15, 2019. He was last seen leaving his home at Vantage Apartments in the 3000 block of South New Road around 4:30 p.m., telling his wife he was going for a walk, which he did regularly around the apartment complex. Later that day, surveillance footage captured him walking south in front of Waco Towing in the 5500 block of South University Parks Drive, heading towards Downsville. This was the last confirmed sighting of him.
