Prisma Peralta Reyes, a 26-year-old mother from Mesquite, Texas, was last seen on April 17, 2019. That day, she had lunch with her ex-boyfriend at a Tex-Mex restaurant in Dallas during a break from her job at a car dealership. After the lunch ended in an argument, she remained at the restaurant, where she stayed for several hours before being asked to leave. Shortly after, Reyes was involved in a road rage incident, during which witnesses reported seeing her brandishing a firearm. However, by the time police arrived, she had left the scene.

Later, surveillance footage captured Reyes entering the parking garage of the Olympus on Ross Apartments, where her ex-boyfriend lived. Although he was not home at the time, Reyes was seen making a series of emotional phone calls from the building. Her last known contact involved a call to a friend, during which she expressed confusion and distress, saying that she needed help. After this, she vanished from the view of security cameras. The next day, her white Jeep Wrangler was found abandoned in the same apartment complex.

Despite extensive investigations, including reviews of surveillance footage and interviews with individuals Reyes contacted that day, no solid leads have emerged. Mesquite police, with the assistance of the Dallas Police Department and Texas Rangers, continue to investigate her disappearance. Reyes’ family believes that foul play is involved, as it would be highly uncharacteristic of her to abandon her young son. Her case remains unsolved, and authorities urge anyone with information to come forward to help find out what happened to Prisma Reyes.
