Ali Kenani, a 58-year-old man from Lincoln, Nebraska, was last seen on May 11, 2019, at a convenience store near Aspen, Colorado. He had been traveling cross-country to visit his child in California when he became lost and sought assistance from local authorities in Basalt, Colorado. After receiving help, he was believed to be back on the right track. However, just two days later, his vehicle was found abandoned near the Capitol Peak Trailhead, in a remote area close to Snowmass Village.
